Can I combine treatments?
Yes. The infrared sauna can be combined with gua sha, moxibustion or cupping for $88.
Are these medical treatments?
No. We offer traditional wellness and relaxation services, not medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a health condition, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional first.
Sauna
What temperature is the sauna?
The infrared sauna operates at approximately 38–43°C.
How long is a sauna session?
A typical session is around 20–30 minutes. Allow about 45 minutes in total.
Gua sha
Will gua sha leave marks?
It can. Temporary red or purple marks may appear and generally fade over several days.
Moxibustion
Is the moxibustion smokeless?
Yes. The service is designed to provide the warming experience of moxibustion without traditional smoke.
Cupping
Will cupping leave marks?
Usually. Round marks may appear and generally fade within about a week.
